Our Demands

Overview:

Our team of young people from around Alabama have come up with a platform of demands that we feel will put our state in the best position to face the climate crisis. These demands are directed toward elected leaders on the city, state, and federal level.

We are not asking for these changes because we want them. We are demanding these changes because they are the only way we can listen to science, empower young people, protect our state's frontline communities, and do our part to keep the planet below 1.5 degrees celsius. We must act now.
